At 2:38pm on November 27,  2006,  Siara Monique Hernandez was born weighing   9 pounds, 2 ounces.  She was not breathing.  She had no pulse.

Doctors and Nurses at the Hemet Valley Regional Medical Center worked for 21 minutes to revive her.  They were unsuccessful.  At 2:59pm she was declared dead.

Her parents prayed for her.  God raised her from the dead.
